The ANDRA Drag Racing Series goes west for the 41st annual Goldenstates on November 16 and 17.
It’s 3500 horsepower supercharged warfare at over 400kph as the Top Doorslammer and Top Alcohol divisions compete in round two of their national championships.
See 2012 Top Doorslammer champion John Zappia (above) taking on the best the country can throw at him including Peter Kapiris, Victor and Ben Bray, Maurice Fabietti and Mark Belleri plus a host of other teams keen to knock off Zappia at his fabled home turf.
In Top Alcohol it’s a case of east versus west where Queensland’s Gary Phillips will try to hold off WA’s Adam Marchant who went within a whisker of taking down the multi-time champ last season.
It’s two big nights with qualifying Friday and eliminations Saturday, so make sure you’re at Perth Motorplex to witness the power of the ANDRA Drag Racing Series.
Schedule
Friday – ANDRA Drag Racing Series Top Doorslammer and Top Alcohol qualifying sessions 6pm, 8pm and 10pm, sportsman qualifying from 4.30pm.
Saturday – ANDRA Drag Racing Series Top Doorslammer and Top Alcohol elimination rounds 6pm, 8pm and 10pm, sportsman qualifying from 11.00am.
