Dakota Ward earned the 60foot Rising Star Award at Sydney Dragway during last weekend’s Nitro Champs.
Ward had a race package (reaction time plus amount over dial in) of 0.032 in the first round and while unfortunately going out in the second round of eliminations it was enough to hold on for the honour.
The 60foot Rising Star Award is presented at each round of the Aeroflow Sportsman Drag Racing Championship and includes a plaque and prize pack for the winner featuring a 60foot hoodie, shirt, hat and stickers.
