Cold weather failed to hold back dedicated Victorian racers at the first of a number of technical inspection days before the resumption of ANDRA Drag Racing at Calder Park.
Acting Victorian division director Peter Pisalidis said all the vehicles were of good quality with no major issues during inspection.
“In the end we had 11 cars turn up and get inspected even though it was an extremely cold day,” he said. “All but one of the vehicles are new to ANDRA and very excited that racing is looking positive in Melbourne again.”
VPW put on a barbeque for all and also handed out a show bag with some giveaways for all attending.
