6PR roving reporter Lisa Barnes experienced the awe and excitement of ANDRA Drag Racing during a pit fire up at Perth Motorplex this afternoon.
Ahead of the 43rd Westernationals this weekend (Feb 28-Mar 2), Lisa spent time with six time ANDRA Drag Racing Series Top Doorslammer champion John Zappia.
“I’ve done V8 Supercars. I’ve done a roller coaster with the same g-force as a rocket launch and still never felt anything like Zap’s Rat,” she said.
