The ANDRA Board is an elected; by the members, representative body that approves rules, regulations and sets the direction and activities of ANDRA for the betterment, safety and development of the quickest motorsport in the world.

The Directors of the Australian National Drag Racing Association Limited are:

Katie Cassar (Chair) has more than 20 years of experience working with both State and Federal governments, and a high level of expertise when it comes to managing large organisations, including being the Deputy CEO of the County Court in Victoria for more than seven years. She brings extensive knowledge and skills in organisational development, human resources, customer service delivery, stakeholder engagement and management, strategic planning, change management and systems design. She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has a long history in the sport of drag racing.

Murray O’Connor, Western Australian Division Director of ANDRA  and has been a member of the WA Divisional Council since 1994. His long-time involvement with ANDRA drag racing includes both off track and on-track pursuits, including time in the popular Top Doorslammer category.

Danya Borkowski has been involved with drag racing across a wide variety of roles for many years, including as a crew member, volunteer, bracket marshall, commentator, and also working in race control. Away from the track, Danya Borkowski is a criminal lawyer responsible for prosecuting serious indictable offences in the District and Supreme Courts.

Patricia (Trish) Crossin AM is an experienced Director, a former Senator and was the first woman to represent the Northern Territory in the Federal Parliament. During her time as a Senator, Crossin lobbied for and gained $4.5m to upgrade and redesign the drag strip for the Hidden Valley Drag Racing Association. She is also a Chair and Board member of a number of organisations and statutory authorities, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She was awarded a Member (AM) of the Order of Australia in 2013.

Tony Miskelly has served with the Royal Australian Navy as a Weapons Engineer for the past 40 years. He holds a Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Engineering, a Masters Degree in Management, has served on nine ships, saw active service in the Middle East, and was awarded the Conspicuous Service Cross as part of the 2020 Australia Day Honours. He is a Certified Practicing Engineer (CPEng) and have completed the Foundations of Directorship through the AICD. Miskelly has been an ANDRA member since 2012, racing in Super Sedan. He is also a SFI certified ANDRA Technical Inspector.

Aaron Brookes has been around drag racing his whole life, growing up around the sport. As well as having been a racer, he has been a steward since just after Sydney Dragway opened, the NSW Division Chief Steward since 2016, and is also a Tech Inspector and the Division’s Rule Committee representative since 2018. He is a qualified parts interpreter and have worked as a sales representative for some of Australia’s major players in the day to day automotive parts game and also as a business development manager, specifically in the high performance parts sector, for the last 14 years.
