With the ANDRA Drag Racing Series rounds for Top Doorslammer, Top Alcohol and Top Fuel Motorycle run and won at Hidden Valley Drag Strip over the weekend, attention turns to Alice Springs Inland Dragway for the Desert Nationals and Round 8 of the Aeroflow Sportsman Drag Racing Championship.
Featuring 83 competitors from across Australia battling it out over two days, the Desert Nationals are the biggest event on the ASID calendar.
But if you can’t wait until Saturday, the Australian National Drag Racing Association (ANDRA) and the Central Australia Drag Racing Association (CADRA) are teaming up to begin the festivities early with ANDRA championship vehicle displays at the following locations:

The displays represent an opportunity for fans in Alice Springs to get up close and personal with the high-octane world of ANDRA Drag Racing ahead of what promises to be a thunderous occasion in the Red Centre.
