The Australian National Drag Racing Association headed to Parliament House earlier this week for the latest meeting of the Parliamentary Friends of Motorsport group, which provides a non-partisan forum for parliamentarians to meet and interact with the Australian Motorsport industry.

ANDRA, represented at this event by CEO Tim McAvaney, is a key member of the Parliamentary Friends of Motorsport group, as well as the Australian Motorsport Council.

Minster for Sport, the Honourable Anika Wells, and Shadow Minister for Sport, the Honourable Anne Ruston, were in attendance to hear presentations from and meet with the members of the Parliamentary Friends of Motorsport Group, including:

  • Karting Administrator and Engineer and former Super2 and Kart driver, Elly Morrow
