Daniel Natalotto was hoping to see a field of Comp bikes together for the Summit Racing Equipment Grand Finals, but when that failed he did the next best thing, he put his name into the ANDRA Modified Bike record book.

How good is this? Just one week after the Summit Racing Equipment Grand Finals, all the action from the ANDRA Drag Racing Series Championship is coming to Speedweek this Sunday, April 9 from 1 PM AEST.

Wayne Newby scored a straight sets win over his Rapisarda Autosport International team-mate Damien Harris in the final round of the ANDRA season at Adelaide International Raceway.

The Summit Racing Equipment Grand Finals had it all with drama, action, tough racing, and upsets. In Super Comp records were reset in Competition Eliminator, Super Stock and Super Compact. The combination of good air and a sticky track saw seven sportsman records broken.

The Drag Racing Grand Final will take place this Saturday, April 8.

Jet Dragsters will be lighting up the night and keep you warm with their amazing fire show and 400kmh+ passes down the quarter mile. The USA's Chuck Haynes and Curt White, plus South Africa's Pieter De Wit and Australia's Daniel Miocevich are going to deliver an epic set of races. Make sure to drop by their pit area for autographs and maybe even to sit in one of the cars!

What a fantastic day of racing with the ANDRA Drag Racing Series turning it on for the huge and vocal crowd on day two of the Summit Racing Equipment Grand Finals. The South Aussies really love their drag racing and not only did they witness record-breaking performances, but also the crowning of the 2017/18 ANDRA Champions.

The combination of a sticky Adelaide International Raceway and cool air saw a total of eight new records produced at the Summit Racing Equipment Grand Finals. A number of racers were caught out with just how good the track was.

John Zappia wrapped up the ANDRA Top Doorslammer season in fine style at Adelaide International Raceway on Saturday with another victory for the Fuchs Monaro.

The Gulf Western Oil-supported Team Bray Racing was one-half of a gargantuan Top Doorslammer finale at the weekend, with team principal and legend Victor Bray taking on John Zappia.

Day one of the Summit Racing Equipment Grand Finals produced some record-breaking performances in both the ANDRA Drag Racing Series and Summit Racing Equipment Sportsman Series.

With the Summit Series Equipment Grand Finals on his weekend (March 31 – April 1) the momentum has been building up. With championships on the line, the 2016/17 ANDRA season is coming to a close so the pressure is on to perform. The recent Goldenstates and Westernationals rounds at Perth Motorplex gave the locals an opportunity to shuffle the stack in both Group 1 and Summit Sportsman rounds.

When the Gulf Western Oil-supported Team Bray Racing hits Adelaide International Raceway this Friday and Saturday (31 March – 1 April), they will do so in pursuit of putting Benny Bray on the podium in the ANDRA Top Doorslammer title fight.

Australian Pro Stock Champion Lee Bektash has heralded his upcoming retirement with a passionate speech whilst accepting the 2017 ANDRA Australian Nationals Pro-Stock Gold Christmas tree for his win at the recent event at Calder Park.
