ANDRA is pleased to announce the successful rule submissions and rule clarifications that will be incorporated in the 2024/2025 ANDRA Rulebook, which is scheduled for release to the ANDRA website in the next couple of weeks.
- Increase of Junior Drag Bike upper age limit from 16 to 17 years old – page 61.
- Addition of Junior Roadster class within the Junior Dragster Eliminator – pages 86-91.
- Added classes in Competition Bike Eliminator for P/CB – page 117.
- Clarification of existing requirements for Goggles / Visors – page 275.
- Confirmation of the ANDRA Sportsman Championship regulations – page 79-81.
Additionally, it should be noted that the following text has been deleted from the 2024/2025 ANDRA Rulebook after the change was accepted via the Rules Submission Procedure.
- Junior Dragster, Engine – “…crankshaft centreline may be no higher than 17 inches (432 mm) above the ground with normal tyre inflation.”
- 4.4.4, Crankshaft Centreline Height – “Maximum crankshaft centreline height for Junior Dragster and Junior Funny Car vehicles is 17 inches (432 mm).”
The 2024/2025 ANDRA Rulebook is currently scheduled for printing in September, and the ANDRA Membership will be notified when they are ready for distribution.
