TEST N TUNE – Saturday 4th September – Mildura Sunset Strip
Unfortunately due to upcoming weather conditions we have had to make a risky but serious decision on the Test and Tune to be held this Saturday.
Due to the weather forecasting up to 20mm of rainfall for Saturday we thought it would be best to cancel the event now rather than on Saturday. It is a gamble we took but the Committee of the Sunraysia Drag Racing Association are standing firm and are all in support for this decision.
We have far too many people that are planning to come from away to race at our track and we see it as being far too unfair to those racers / spectators if we don’t look at the conditions presented to us and make a decision.
We are sorry for any inconvenience we have created but unfortunately we cannot control the weather. We have had good rainfalls this winter and as a result of that we now have to take more notice of when it predicts rain.
We hope this doesn’t deter anyone from coming to future events and look forward to seeing everyone out at the Sunset Strip later this month.
